Amazon Fulfillment Assist is an internal fulfillment workflow extension for authorized operators.
Data Accessed
The extension may access:
- Google Sheet rows in the spreadsheet configured by the operator.
- Order-related values from the configured sheet, such as order references, names, addresses, product identifiers, prices, delivery dates, and fulfillment statuses.
- Amazon.nl and AliExpress page content needed to perform the fulfillment and delivery-status workflow.
- Local extension settings and activity logs stored in Chrome extension storage.
How Data Is Used
Data is used only to provide the extension's fulfillment workflow:
- Reading queue rows from the configured Google Sheet.
- Opening and interacting with Amazon.nl or AliExpress pages.
- Updating order, delivery, and workflow status fields back to the configured Google Sheet.
- Showing status and activity logs to the operator.
Data Sharing
The extension does not sell user data. The extension does not use data for advertising. Data is transferred only as needed for the configured workflow, including communication with Google Sheets API and the relevant Amazon.nl or AliExpress pages opened by the operator.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Storage
The extension stores settings and activity logs locally in Chrome extension storage. Google Sheet data remains in the configured Google Sheet except for temporary runtime processing inside the extension.
Security
Google Sheets API requests are transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth access is handled through Chrome's identity API.
