Return Assist Amazon is an internal browser extension used to check Amazon.nl return/refund status from a connected Google Sheet.

Single Purpose

Return Assist Amazon helps internal office users check Amazon.nl return/refund status from rows in a connected Google Sheet and write the resulting status or error back to that sheet.

Data Access and Use

The extension may access order identifiers and related spreadsheet row data from the Google Sheet selected by the user. It may also read visible Amazon.nl order and return/refund page content, such as return status text and error messages.

The extension uses this data only to perform its single purpose: checking Amazon.nl return/refund status and writing the resulting status or error back to the connected Google Sheet.

Data Sharing

The extension does not sell user data. The extension does not transfer user data to third parties except as required to use Google Sheets API and Amazon.nl pages for the extension's single purpose.

Google Sheets API

The extension uses Google OAuth and the Google Sheets API to read rows from the user-selected spreadsheet and write return status or error results back to that spreadsheet.

Amazon.nl Pages

The extension uses the signed-in Chrome browser session to open Amazon.nl order and return/refund status pages. It reads visible page content needed to determine the return/refund status.

Remote Code

The extension does not use remote code. All extension code, HTML, JavaScript, and image assets are packaged with the extension.

Advertising and Tracking

The extension does not use advertising, analytics tracking, or profiling.
